Delivery FAQ
Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. Distance and order size are the primary factors in determining delivery charges.
What days can I get a delivery in my area?
We deliver weekdays to most areas within a XX mile radius and offer partial-day service on Saturdays.
What time will my delivery arrive?
Deliveries are during our business hours, from X am to X pm, Monday through Friday.
Do you offer COD's?
Yes, however cash-on-delivery is the not a preferred method of payment and can be problematic. Please arrange payment prior to your delivery.
Will the driver place the materials where I want them?
Our drivers will attempt to place their vehicles as close as possible to the unloading point. However, job site conditions may impede the placement of our delivery. Items that might be damaged by inclement weather will be covered or put into covered areas. For safety reasons, we do not carry goods up or down stairs, or place materials throughout a job site structure.
What if there is a problem with the quantity or quality of materials delivered?
We make every effort to insure your shipment is accurate and of high quality. Any claims of delivery discrepancies must be communicated to customer service within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.
Can I get my leftover materials picked up?
Yes. Pick-up fees and restocking charges will apply. Leftover materials must be protected from the weather to prevent damage. Picked-up materials will require proof of purchase, be subject to inspection by the driver and final inspection by our load checkers. Materials returned in non-saleable condition will not be credited.
Customer Responsibilities
Ensure the driveway is clear for a delivery truck. Clear an area for placement of materials. Schedule your delivery a few days ahead to allow time to inspect materials. Check your estimate carefully to make sure you’ve ordered enough materials to complete the job. Be mindful of barriers that might interfere with deliveries at your construction site, for example, the location of septic tanks, drainage tile, utility wires, etc.
